David Quintman is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in financial systems and enterprise applications. Currently serving as the Head of Financial and Actuarial Technology at Guardian Life since May 2006, David manages team development and production support for various applications while overseeing relationships with auditors and outsourced providers. Previously, David held the position of Director, Corporate Business Technology Solutions, focusing on enhancing operations across multiple corporate areas. Prior experience includes roles at Lehman Brothers as Vice President of Finance Technology, overseeing global financial systems, and at Neuberger Berman as Financial Systems Manager, where David led the transformation of ERP systems during the firm's transition to a public company. David began their career at TIAA as an Accounting Administrator, implementing key real estate management systems. David holds an MS in Computer Science from Pace University and a BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College.
