Habib Chowdhury has a diverse work experience in the field of HR, with a strong focus on various aspects such as recruitment, policy development, performance appraisal, organizational development, and training.

Starting in 2006 as an Executive at Sky Innova, they then went on to work as an HR Specialist at Adeptmax Software & Engineering Services, where they handled recruitment, attendance, visa processing, and payroll.

From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an HR & Admin Officer at C.P. Bangladesh Co., Ltd., where their responsibilities included preparing agreements, acquiring licenses and registrations, and conducting interviews.

Habib then moved on to Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials as an Assistant Manager - HR Shared Services, leading payroll, HRIS, policy development, and performance appraisal.

In 2016, they joined Samsung Electronics as a Manager - Human Resources & Admin, overseeing recruitment, payroll, training, CSR, and organizational development.

Habib subsequently worked as an Assistant General Manager - Human Resources at Evercare Hospital Dhaka, where they led payroll, policy development, performance appraisal, and succession planning.

Currently, Habib Chowdhury serves as the SVP & Head of HR at Guardian Life Insurance Limited, leading various aspects such as recruitment, policy development, performance appraisal, organizational development, and training. Habib has successfully implemented reward and recognition programs, service rules, and a new HRIS. Habib is also working on organizational re-structure and change management.

Habib Chowdhury has a diverse education history. Habib obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Australian Institute of Strategic Leadership & Business Management & CareerHub in 2018-2019. Prior to that, they completed a Master's Degree in Accounting at Dhaka College in 2003-2004, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting at Dhaka College in 2000-2003. Additionally, they received their H.S.C in Business Studies from Dhaka City College in 1998-2000, and their S.S.C in Business Studies from Government Laboratory High School in Dhaka from 1992-1998.
