Justin Henry has extensive experience in IT leadership and management, currently serving as Business Solutions Manager and previously as Business Solutions Specialist at Guardian Group since April 2015. In these roles, Justin is responsible for overseeing the company's IT resources, aligning technological initiatives with strategic business needs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Prior to this, Justin worked as a System Administrator at Guardian Asset Management from August 2002 to April 2015, where responsibilities included managing IT resources and maintaining information system functionality. Earlier positions include Software Developer at Infotech Caribbean and Computer Programmer at the University of the West Indies, where Justin enhanced the university's registration system for Y2K compliance. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies, obtained in 1999.
