Jeff Wilder is an experienced sales and service executive with a robust background in commercial operations across multiple regions. Currently serving as the SVP of Sales and Service for the Americas at Guardian since February 2022, Jeff leads a team in strategic account management and oversees P&L activities specifically for the Canadian market. Prior to Guardian, Jeff held the position of Head of Sales for North America at Hempel A/S from August 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included business development and customer service across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. Jeff's earlier tenure at Hilti spanned from January 2005 to August 2018, during which various leadership roles were undertaken in sales, marketing, and business development. Jeff holds a B.S. in Management from Southern Polytechnic State University, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
