Josh Taylor is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in Controls Engineering and systems integration, primarily within the HVAC energy management industry. Currently serving as the Building Automation Systems BAS Manager at Guardian Energy Management Solutions since March 2021, Josh leads controls projects, focusing on project management, cost estimating, and standardization. Prior roles include Project Manager for HVAC Controls at Nexgen Mechanical Inc., where Josh specialized in custom software development and engineering sequences for HVAC systems. Earlier experience included positions as a Controls Electrician and HVAC Control Systems Designer at Automatic Temperature Controls, Inc., where skills in project oversight, training, and system design were developed. Josh holds an Electrical Apprenticeship degree from CCRI and has studied Computer Science at Johnson & Wales University.
