Bob Maloney is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in asset management and real estate. Currently serving as Operations Manager and HUD Manager at Guardian Asset Management since June 2016, Bob has previously held positions in special programs and new acquisitions at Matt Martin Real Estate Management and as a Closing Specialist at National Home Management Solutions. Bob began a career in IT as a Field Service Technician at Safeway/Genuardis Family Markets. Bob holds a degree in Network Technology and Administration from the Computer Learning Center and a high school diploma from Bensalem High School.
