Carlie Heinecke, LNHA, LALD, currently serves as the Administrator for Guardian Angels Senior Services since May 2023, following roles as Assistant Administrator and Administrator in Training. Carlie has also contributed as a Long-Term Care Administration Intern at the same organization. Concurrently, Carlie has worked as a Banquet and Event Supervisor at The Wellstead of Rogers and Diamond Crest Senior Living since January 2018. Prior experience includes an internship as a Total Benefits and Rewards Intern at Allina Health and various roles at B & B Hoffmann Sod Farms, including Office Assistant and Secretary, where responsibilities included operating QuickBooks and managing accounts. Carlie also worked in the pricing department at Cub Foods. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Leadership and Psychology from Concordia College and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Leadership and Long-term Care from Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici.
