From 2007 to 2010, Jay served as the Vice President of Customer Operations at Broadview Security. Jay was responsible for strategic and performance management of multiple contact centers and the development and execution of the organization's customer retention strategy.
Jay's career in customer service and operations started at Brinks Home Security in 1998, where they worked as a Director of Customer Operations and Senior Manager. Before that, they worked at ATT Wireless as a Manager of Customer Care from 1994 to 1998.
