Timothy Liming has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Timothy began their career as a Sales Associate at Stein Mart in 2010 before transitioning into engineering roles. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Software Engineering Co-op at Bose Corporation, where they designed, updated, and supported software tools used in the amplifier tuning process. Timothy gained skills in project management, code reviews, GUI design, and object-oriented programming in MATLAB. In 2012, Timothy worked as an Electrical Engineering Co-op at Harvard Apparatus, focusing on medical devices. The following year, they furthered their experience as an Electrical Engineering Co-op at Analogic, specializing in medical imaging. Timothy then joined Alstom Grid in 2014 as a Documentation Manager & Electrical Engineer, working on projects for RTE France. In 2015, they joined Rethink Robotics as a Jr. Electrical Engineer, eventually transitioning to an Electrical Engineer role until 2018. During their time at AMETEK Aerospace & Defense: Sensors & Fluid Management Systems from 2018 to 2022, Timothy served as an Electrical Design Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, they worked for 6 River Systems as a Senior Electrical Engineer - Sustaining until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Electrical Engineer - Manufacturing at Guardian Agriculture.

Timothy Liming's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled in Northeastern University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Timothy completed their undergraduate degree in 2014.

In 2018, Timothy returned to Northeastern University to further their education. Timothy pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, which they completed in 2021.
