Martin Bell serves as the Executive VP & COO at Guaranty Bank & Trust since February 2000. In addition to their role at Guaranty Bank & Trust, Martin is also a member of the Board of Directors at ePayResources, formerly SWACHA, since 2010. Martin completed their BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University in 1984 after graduating from Carthage High School in 1980 and Longview High School in 1978. Martin further pursued their education at SW Graduate School of Banking from 1990 to 1992.
