Buffy Dyess is currently the SVP Chief Compliance Officer at Guaranty Bank & Trust and serves on the board of East Texas CASA. With a background in compliance and a BA in Criminal Justice, Buffy has held various compliance roles in banks such as Texas Bank and Trust, Placer Sierra Bank, and Exchange Bank. Buffy is also a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager.
