Dillman also held senior associate positions at Kincannon & Reed and Korn Ferry, further enhancing recruitment skills, along with earlier experience in sales at Bristol Myers Squibb and executive search consulting at firms like James Drury Partners and Heidrick & Struggles. Dillman holds a BS in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Illinois State University.
