Zachary Taylor, PE, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Executive Manager of Engineering at Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative since December 2015. In this role, Zachary oversees engineering support for various projects including the GVEC SunHub Community Solar Project and the AW Texas Facility, while providing managerial support to multiple engineering teams and chairing the GVEC Material Standard Committee. Prior to this, Zachary held the position of Manager of Engineering at South Plains Electric Cooperative from May 2007 to December 2015, managing numerous distribution generation installations and leading various technical initiatives. Zachary's career also includes consulting work for Control Panels USA, project engineering at Schneider Engineering, and drafting at Energy Engineering Associates.
