Sofia Valcheva is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles at GTT since October 2017, where responsibilities include managing employee onboarding and documentation, organizing group inductions, and administering employee meal vouchers. Prior to GTT, Sofia contributed as a volunteer for the Bulgarian Psychological Society, helping to organize the 7th National Congress of Psychology, which enhanced organizational skills. Additionally, an internship at Belmondo- Център за личностно развитие provided foundational knowledge in psychological concepts and counseling processes, while also improving presentation skills. Sofia holds a Master's degree in Labor Markets and Human Resources Development and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
