Kathi Deaton, CSP, is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in recruitment and IT management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Recruiter at GTS Technology Solutions since September 2014, Kathi leads business development and talent acquisition efforts, providing exceptional technical talent across various employment models. Prior to this role, Kathi held significant positions at the Department of State Health Services, including Branch Manager of IT Asset Management where a comprehensive IT Asset Management system was developed, and IT Operations Branch Manager overseeing a team of 25. Kathi also contributed as a Systems Analyst and Business Analyst within the department, managing IT Helpdesk services and major IT implementations. Kathi's early career included work as a Network Specialist focused on disaster recovery planning and network maintenance. Education was completed at Austin Community College.
