Ian Pham is an experienced product manager and freelance designer/developer with a diverse background in web design and development. As a Product Manager at Carbon60 Networks since January 2019 and at GTmetrix since February 2009, Ian has played a pivotal role in the conceptualization and production of the GTmetrix speed optimization tool, streamlining user interaction through planning and designing user interfaces. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Designer at Gossamer Threads, Inc. from April 2006 to July 2019, where project management and database-driven website design were key responsibilities. Ian also contributed as a Web Designer and Content Producer for Malaysia.com between February 2009 and March 2010, focusing on site concept and design. Academic credentials include a Master of Multimedia Entertainment Technology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Simon Fraser University.
