Shahar Belizon has a diverse work experience in software development and technology management. Starting in 1996, Shahar worked as a Software Engineer at Golden Screens, where they supervised the development of Java-based applications and participated in the development of visual components. In 1999, they joined Shore Technologies as a Team Leader and continued to excel in leadership roles until 2002.

In 2002, Shahar moved to Ness Technologies, where they initially served as a Team Leader and later became the Director of Technology. In this role, they specialized in enterprise content management, provided technical guidance for various projects, collaborated with EMC's R&D team to develop right-to-left language capabilities, and supervised the content management software development department at the Ministry of Justice. Shahar worked at Ness Technologies until 2012.

Afterward, Shahar joined Mavenir as a Senior Software Engineer until 2018. During their time at Mavenir, they played a crucial role in software development. In 2016, they joined CYBEAR as the Head of R&D, leading the research and development efforts of the company.

In 2023, Shahar is currently working at GTH Software as a Software System Architect.

Shahar Belizon completed their education at the Technological and Engineering Education Center Tel-Aviv, where they obtained a Practical Engineer degree in Computer Science. In addition, they obtained a certification in HTTP Essential Training from LinkedIn in July 2018.
