Rob Gluckin began their career in 2004 as a Technician at Network Rescue. In 2006, they moved to Legacy Marketing to take on the role of IT Manager. In 2012, they became the Chief Executive Officer at GTG Networks. Finally, in 2018, they became the Managing Partner at Recon Solutions.

Rob Gluckin completed a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) from MCJ Solutions in 2002. Prior to that, they attended Syosset High School.
