Felicia Janice has over seven years of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Supervisor at PT GTech Digital Asia since October 2019, where responsibilities include supporting the development of the O2O and Omni-channel retail model for PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Officer at PT. Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia from November 2016 to December 2018, and earlier roles as a Human Resources Intern at Barito Pacific and PT Bank Sinarmas in 2015. Felicia Janice holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, earned between 2012 and 2016, and completed education at Santa Ursula Senior High School from 2009 to 2012.
