Rich Romines is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems and desktop engineering. Currently serving as a Desktop Engineer at GTCR LLC since April 2023, Rich previously held the position of System Engineer at Netrix, LLC from January 2017 to March 2023, and at National Van Lines from June 2015 to September 2016, where upgrades to Symantec Endpoint Protection were successfully managed. At Ferrara Pan Candy Company, from March 2010 to June 2015, Rich played a key role as a Disaster Recovery Administrator, implementing a disaster recovery plan across multiple regions and managing extensive server backups. Rich's career began as an IT Helpdesk Technician at Nu-Art from October 2006 to February 2010, focusing on network maintenance and server security. Rich holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from DeVry University-Illinois, completed between 2002 and 2005.
