Paul Bruno has extensive work experience in both law enforcement and technology roles. Paul started their career at the Borough of Glen Ridge Police Department in 1984, where they held the position of Police Lieutenant and Systems Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for police supervision, training, and systems administration, including 911 coordination, hardware and software implementation and support, and network and LAN/WAN support. Paul worked at the police department until February 2010.
From 2010 onwards, Paul Bruno worked at GTBM / Info-Cop as the E-Ticketing Director. In this role, they were responsible for managing the E-Ticketing infrastructure, coordinating and facilitating training, introducing new clients through technical demonstration, and managing the certification process. Paul also managed and supported a web-based statistical reporting system and collaborated with clients to analyze business requirements for development purposes.
Paul Bruno attended Caldwell University from 2010 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, with a focus on Business Systems. In 1986, they also attended the Essex County Police Academy, where they obtained a Law Enforcement Officer PTC Certification.
