Nathalie Castro is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in child welfare and customer service. Currently serving as a Child Protective Specialist at the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services since September 2019, Nathalie provides essential support in managing child welfare cases. Previously, as a Bilingual Foster Care Case Manager at the Association House of Chicago, responsibilities included case coordination and collaboration with services, along with attending court proceedings. Other roles included Brand Ambassador at GT Universe, Volleyball Intern and Lifeguard at Chicago Park District, and various internships in accounting and juvenile probation. Nathalie holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a focus on Criminology, both from DePaul University.
