Rob Turverey has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Rob is currently employed at Groundswell as the Director of Learning and Delivery, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, Rob worked as a Senior Architect at Groundswell from June 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Groundswell, they served as a Principal at Maximus from December 2020 to June 2021. Rob also held the role of Manager at Deloitte from February 2019 to December 2020. In their earlier career, Rob worked at Appian Corporation as a Senior Product Manager, Appian Architect, Principal Consultant, and Senior Consultant from 2014 to 2019. Rob also worked at CapTech as a Consultant from October 2013 to March 2014, and at Deloitte as a Consultant from February 2012 to October 2013. Rob's initial professional experience was at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they were a Consultant from August 2010 to February 2012.

Rob Turverey attended the University of Virginia from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering. In 2016, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
