Olivia M. is a researcher at the University of Washington, leading a study on the evaluation and usage of plans-of-action generated by large language models for disaster response since September 2023. Previously, Olivia served as a user experience designer at JumpStartCSR, where the focus was on designing a user interface for traumatic brain injury detection services for athletes. With experience as a teaching aide at the Robinson Center and participation in the Program in Algorithmic and Combinatorial Thinking at Princeton University, Olivia has a solid foundation in education and algorithmic principles. Additional volunteer work as an academic tutor at Timberline Middle School and leadership as Vice President of Competition for DECA Inc. highlight Olivia's commitment to educational initiatives. Currently pursuing Bachelor of Science degrees in Applied Computational Mathematical Sciences and Human-Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington, Olivia's academic journey began at Redmond High School.
