Les Gilley began their career in 1983 as a Construction Foreman for Bahnson Environmental Specialties, LLC. In 1986, they moved to FM Metal Fabrication, where they worked as a Construction Foreman. In 1989, they joined Brown & Root as a General Foreman. In 1993, they returned to FM Metal Fabrication as a Weld Supervisor. In 2000, they joined GST Manufacturing as a Salesperson. In 2020, they became a Project Engineer for Emerald Luxury Coaches. Les Gilley is currently retired, having ended their career in 2022.
