Paolo Janer is the Business Development Director at GSR. Paolo was previously at Oracle from April 2016 to December 2017 as a Senior Solutions Sales Consultant. There, they partnered with C-level executives to implement a managed, scaleable, sales, marketing and social strategy to improve lead quality, sales pipeline, conversion rate, CRM adoption and sales effectiveness. Prior to that, Paolo was at Affectv from July 2014 to August 2015 as the UK Head of Sales. At Affectv, they developed solutions to improve the Internet by making advertising relevant for people. The Persona Discovery Platform reached over 500 million people and extracted actionable data signals from billions of digital interactions. These signals were used to deliver the most advanced form of advertising called SignalAds. SignalAds are personal messages delivered to a relevant person, on a relevant device, at a relevant point in time. Each message is tailored for each individual using real time data. Paolo managed a sales team that helped brands engage more effectively with new and existing customers, optimizing ROI and enabling consumers to receive ads that are relevant recommendations for them.
