Dibyendu Basu is an experienced sales leader and client partner, currently serving as the Regional Sales Leader and Senior Client Partner at GSPANN Technologies, Inc. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Dibyendu held the position of Partner - Customer Success at Grid Dynamics, focusing on digital transformation initiatives. From January 2021 to April 2022 at GSPANN Technologies, Dibyendu expanded business for strategic accounts and partnered with C-level executives to drive digital transformation efforts. Previous experience includes serving as Client Account Director at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where Dibyendu managed P&L and growth for multiple accounts in the transportation and retail sectors, and Principal Technical Account Manager at ITC Infotech, overseeing complex projects across various teams. Dibyendu holds a Post Graduate degree in Information Management from TTTI, as well as a bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Calcutta, complemented by an education stint at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
