Elsa Caruso is a creative professional with extensive experience in the advertising and media industry. Currently, Elsa serves as a Creative at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, having joined in January 2023. Prior roles include working as a Hybrid Art Director/Copywriter at Thinkerbell from August 2021 to January 2023 and at Thinkerbell Pty Ltd from April 2019 to June 2021. Additional experiences encompass creative positions at Fenton Stephens, Clemenger BBDO, and Y&R ANZ, along with internships at Pencil&Pixel, Dentsu Aegis Network, and Isobar. Elsa also worked as a Production Coordinator at Channel 7, ABC, contributing to the social campaign for the Australian Open. Education includes a degree from RMIT University and completion of the Award School program in 2015.
