Naila Sowers serves as the Senior Client Success Manager for Managed Services at GSI, Inc. since November 2019, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, profitability, and revenue growth. Prior to this role, Naila held the position of Senior Technical Solutions Architect at Denovo Ventures LLC from July 2014 to November 2019. Naila's early career included significant roles at Oracle and JD Edwards as a Senior CNC Administrator, where responsibilities overlapped for a substantial period from July 1999 to July 2014. Naila began the professional journey as a Senior Software Engineer after earning a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University in 1999.
