Rosemary Addis serves as the Founding Managing Partner at Mondiale Impact, focusing on guidance for leaders in corporate, investment, and policy sectors on ESG and sustainability challenges. Additionally, Rosemary holds multiple key positions, including Chair of the Advisory Board for Melbourne Climate Futures, Fellow at the Melbourne Centre for Commercial Law, and Melbourne Enterprise Professor in Impact, Sustainability & Innovation at the University of Melbourne. As a Global Advisor for Sweef Capital, Rosemary has contributed to establishing governance frameworks and impact strategies. Rosemary is also an Ambassador for the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment and the Founding Chair of Impact Investing Australia, promoting investments that yield social and environmental benefits. With extensive experience as a Director and strategist, Rosemary has actively engaged in initiatives to connect social impact with climate action and promote effective governance structures in various organizations.
