Robb Kester is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud engineering and support management. Currently serving as a Cloud Engineer at GS1 US since July 2023, Robb previously held the position of Director Of Support at LANTIUM, overseeing a customer-facing support team for a Managed Services Provider. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Technology Services and Manager of Desktop Engineering at Accolade, Inc., where Robb managed multi-site teams and supported a diverse workforce. Robb's background also includes significant positions focused on system engineering and desktop management at PAREXEL, Sunoco, and Merck, where responsibilities encompassed managing server environments, facilitating software migrations, and leading global support efforts. Robb holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Delaware.
