Shafiqul Islam is an experienced Engineering Manager at GS E&C since April 2012, currently overseeing the Patuakhali (Payra)-Gopalganj 400kV Transmission Line project in Bangladesh. Previously, Shafiqul served as a Mechanical Engineer at China National Electric Wire & Cable Import/Export Corporation from October 2010 to April 2012, contributing to multiple projects including the 50MW Peaking Power Plant Project in Daudkandi & Baghabari, and various transmission line and substation projects. Shafiqul holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology, earned between 2005 and 2010.
