Wes is a Partner and joined Gryphon in 2017 to co-lead the firm’s Industrial Growth Team. He works closely with senior management teams at Gryphon portfolio companies to maximize short- and long-term operating and financial performance through strategic, commercial, and operational improvements. He is also a member of the investment review committee and assists Gryphon deal teams in identifying, evaluating, and executing investments. Current board appointments at Gryphon portfolio companies include Pacur, Potter Electric Signal, Transportation Insight, and Vessco Holdings; previous board appointments at Gryphon portfolio companies include Washing Systems Inc.

Wes is an accomplished executive with about 30 years of experience in both the C-suites of global Fortune 500 corporations and high-growth private companies. In addition to his responsibilities at Gryphon, Wes is involved in the community and charities, such as sitting on the board at Pepperdine University and an Elder in the Presbyterian Church, and was a member of the Business Roundtable and the United States Chamber of Commerce.
