Kristy Radeker, MSM has over 17 years of work experience in the field of clinical research. Kristy is currently serving as the Associate Director of Clinical Research at Gryphon Bio since August 2022. In this role, they direct financial and clinical research operations and manages a portfolio of multi-site clinical trials. Kristy closely collaborates with the CEO and Co-Founders on the development of study-related documents and implements standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance study execution. Kristy also oversees and resolves operational aspects of clinical trials in compliance with good clinical practices (GCP) and regulatory requirements. Moreover, they partner with investigators and clinical site staff to ensure optimal sponsor-site relationships and patient enrollment, while identifying and managing risks for timely project delivery.
Prior to their current role, Kristy worked at the University of Florida, where they held various positions. From September 2016 to August 2022, they served as the Assistant Director of Clinical Research, responsible for managing the financial and administrative operations of the Emergency Medicine Research Portfolio. During this time, they managed a portfolio of 20+ federal and industry multi-site clinical trials, overseeing full-cycle project activities and mentoring a team of 15 research staff.
Before that, Kristy worked as a Senior Grants Specialist from February 2013 to September 2016, overseeing grant management at the University of Florida. From January 2007 to February 2013, they served as a Coordinator, Research Programs, contributing to the coordination and management of research initiatives. Kristy began their career as a Clinical Research Coordinator from July 2005 to December 2006, gaining hands-on experience in clinical research processes.
Kristy Radeker, MSM completed their education at the University of Florida, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies. Kristy completed their degree in 2009.
