Eric Montes de Oca holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University and has an extensive background in the construction industry. Currently serving as President and Vice President at GRYCON, LLC since January 2006, Eric is responsible for business development, operations, and project management, including budget reviews and design intent finalizations. Prior experience includes managing construction activities at The Related Group of Florida as a Construction Manager from 2004 to 2006, and overseeing project activities as a Project Manager at Miller & Solomon General Contractors, Inc. from 1996 to 2004. Early education includes an Associate in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Miami Dade College.
