Andy Jones is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community service and youth engagement. Currently serving as the Owner of All-Rec since March 2016, Andy specializes in reclaiming and recycling neglected items. In addition, Andy holds multiple roles at Grŵp Cynefin, including Senior Service Charges Officer and Community Safety Co-ordinator, contributing to community safety and service charge management. Previous experience includes youth work with Gwynedd Youth Service and health development support at Gwynedd Mon Youth Justice Service, focusing on the well-being of at-risk youth. Andy's education includes a Foundation degree in Housing and Sustainable Communities from Wrexham University and a Certificate in Higher Education in Youth Justice from The Open University.
