Elisa Fossi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Expert at AB Energy - Cogeneration World since March 2021, Elisa manages recruitment processes for the AB Group globally, collaborates with candidates and service partners, and leads employer branding projects. Previously, from September 2007 to December 2020, Elisa held the position of HR Manager - HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included comprehensive management of recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor law compliance. Elisa holds a degree in Sciences of Education from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, completed between 1997 and 2001.
