Rafael Vilar-Bouet is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business continuity, incident management, and managed services. Currently serving as the Business Continuity Manager and Incident Commander at Triple-S Salud since October 2019, Rafael focuses on developing and implementing comprehensive plans to ensure organizational resilience during disruptive events. Prior roles at Citrix involved senior management positions where Rafael enhanced service management tools and maintained infrastructure stability under the ITIL framework. Previously, at Knowlity Corporation, Rafael delivered reliable technology solutions across the Americas and Caribbean. An educational background includes an MBA in Information Systems from EDP University of Puerto Rico and a B.S. in Computer Science from Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
