Jesus Alejandro Tovar Flores is an experienced project manager currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master at Grupo TI México since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing Agile and traditional project methodologies, overseeing program management, budget management, and risk assessment for FEMSA Comercio. Prior to this role, Jesus held significant positions at the Servicio de Administración Tributaria from October 2011 to July 2016, where duties encompassed analyzing IT technologies and defining physical architectures.
