Julio Arrieta is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the human resources and facility management sectors. Since February 2017, Julio serves as Partner and CEO of Grupo Tawa Chile, an HR service company specializing in staffing, permanent placement, headhunting, payroll, BPO, and RPO. Prior to this role, Julio was the CEO of Aden Services China, overseeing a facility management company with over 26,000 employees. Julio's career also includes positions as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Ferrovial Services, CEO at Prosegur Alarmas y Sistemas, and CEO and President of Adecco North America, where Julio focused on staffing and HR services. Julio holds a PDG from IESE Business School and a degree in Mining and Combustibles from Universidad del País Vasco.
