Ivania Córdova Castillo is a professional with expertise in recruitment and selection, currently serving as a Consultor de Reclutamiento y Selección at Grupo Tawa since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading recruitment processes and developing job profiles in collaboration with clients. Previously, Ivania worked as a Psicóloga Social-Comunitaria at Escuela Alianza, focusing on systematizing surveys and conducting participatory diagnostics to create tailored projects addressing the school’s needs. Educationally, Ivania holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on community social psychology from Universidad Santo Tomás and has completed diploma programs in Labor Psychodiagnostics and Community Psychology.
