Alan Cleiton Castro Costa is an experienced maintenance supervisor with a strong background in the oil industry. Currently serving as a Supervisor de Manutenção at GRUPO RCS since June 2023, Alan previously held similar positions at Eleva Facilities and Elfe Oleo E Gas Operacao E Manutencao, where responsibilities included overseeing maintenance and testing of various pumping equipment and ensuring operational safety and efficiency through effective leadership. Alan's technical expertise is complemented by a comprehensive educational background, which includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte and degrees in Electrotechnics and Mechanical Maintenance from IFRN, along with a Technologist degree in Business Management from UNP.
