Carla Freitas has extensive work experience in various roles within the sales and marketing fields. Carla is currently the Sales Director at Grupo Profarma, where they are responsible for defining and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of 700 people, and building and maintaining customer relationships. Prior to this, Carla held several positions at BAT, including Head of Premium Brands Latam South, Regional Marketing and Sales Manager, and Senior Pricing Strategy Manager. Carla also had an international assignment as a Strategy Manager in the United Kingdom. Carla's previous experience also includes roles at OSRAM, where they worked as a Marketing Analyst. Throughout their career, Carla has demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, customer relationship management, brand activation, portfolio strategy, and consumer insights.
Carla Freitas completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, from 2003 to 2007. Carla later pursued a Post Graduation in Business Management from COPPEAD UFRJ in 2008. In 2012-2013, Carla completed a Business Management In Company Programme from Fundação Dom Cabral. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Fundação Dom Cabral from 2018 to 2020.
