Vilmar Ferreira Gomes is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Líder técnico at Grupo Mateus since February 2023, Vilmar focuses on team management, implementing agile methodologies, and overseeing Scrum processes. Prior experience includes roles as a Tech Lead at Engelink and a Developer Web/Mobile at Grupo Disbrava, along with system analysis at Hospital de Urgência de Palmas. Vilmar holds a Post-Graduated degree in Artificial Intelligence from PUC Minas and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from UniCatólica, complemented by a Technical Course in Computer Programming from IFTO.
