Mariana Garland Ponce is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial services and corporate governance. Currently serving as the Executive Director of EAFC Maquisistema SA since 1993, Mariana specializes in administrative collective funds related to vehicles and housing. In addition, Mariana has held significant roles on the Board of Directors at Maquinarias SA since 2000 and as Chairman of the Board at Primera Corredores de Seguros SA since 2000. Mariana's leadership experience includes serving as President of the Board for AEF Perú from January 2019 to March 2022 and previously held the position of Logistics and Administration Manager for Maquinarias SA in 1992-1993, as well as Executive Assistant at Oxy from 1981 to 1992. Educational qualifications include a Global MBA from CENTRUM PUCP, a Life Coach certification from Instituto de Terapia Racional Emotiva, and a Broker de Seguros designation from Escuela de Seguros.
