Teresa Timm is an experienced professional in organizational development and change management, currently serving as the Global Organizational Development Manager at Grupo Industrial Saltillo since February 2017. With a background that includes roles such as Strategic Project Manager and Organizational Development Leader within the same organization, Teresa has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing change management strategies and enhancing employee experiences through human resources initiatives. Prior to this, Teresa worked as an Organizational Change Manager at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where responsibilities included preparing and reinforcing change processes. Additional experience as an Organizational Transformation Consultant at Sintec involved crafting organizational transformation strategies across various sectors, while earlier roles included designing training programs at SIS Organizacion and leading student services at Universidad Tecnologica de Altamira. Teresa holds a Psychology degree from IEST.
