Carlos Jimenez Rojas has diverse work experience in the hospitality and travel industry. In 2007, they started their career as an Asesor de Ventas Telefonicas at Ticket Bus Plus. Carlos then moved on to Ocean Star Cruises in 2011, where they worked as a Coordinacion de Producto, handling various responsibilities such as customer service, sales, and negotiation. From 2012 to 2014, Carlos served as the Gerente de Tour & Travel at Hoteles Mision, where they focused on negotiating rates and contracts with major travel agencies and OTA's. In 2015, they became the Gerente Ejecutivo de Cuenta at Hotel Mision de los Angeles Oaxaca, responsible for negotiating rates with key operators and meeting planners. Carlos joined Real de Minas Queretaro in 2016 as a Gerente de Cuenta, where they negotiated rates with tour operators and managed commercial accounts. Later in 2016, they transitioned to Velas Resorts as an Ejecutivo Tour & Travel, involved in negotiating rates with top operators and agencies. Carlos'smost recent role, starting in September 2019, is as an Ecommerce Manager at Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe S.A.B. de C.V. Overall, Carlos has gained extensive experience in sales, account management, negotiation, and relationship building in the hospitality and travel industry.
Carlos Jimenez Rojas completed their Licenciatura in Turismo from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Pasante degree in Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Informatica from the same institute, from 2005 to 2009.
