Jorge A. is currently employed as an Associate Digital Engineer at Northrop Grumman since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading the development of a systemVerilog implementation of IEEE 754 floating-point arithmetic and performing static timing analysis on superconducting circuits. Previously, during a summer internship in 2019 with NASA as a Community College Aerospace Scholar, Jorge A. engaged in a rigorous course that involved researching NASA technologies and missions, culminating in a detailed analysis of potential advancements for future Mars missions. Jorge A. is pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California State University, Long Beach in 2022. Educational experiences also include studies at various colleges and a high school diploma from Palm Desert High School in 2015.
