Marco César Bassi has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Marco currently serves as the CEO of Xcelera since 2020. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Grupo HDI, where they strategically managed the group and directed investments across multiple international branches and partnerships. From 2010 to 2015, Bassi was the CEO Group of WTC Brasil. Marco also worked at Itautec from 1981 to 1991 as the Lab Eng de Qualidade, where they developed hardware and software tests, coordinated test strategies, and designed test JIGS.

- From 2008 to 2009, they pursued an MBA in Software Quality at UniCEUB - Centro Universitário de Brasília.
- Marco completed a post-graduate degree in Administration - Quality from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas from 1992 to 1995.
- From 1988 to 1990, they pursued a post-graduate degree in Business Administration at FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
- Marco César Bassi obtained their undergraduate degree in Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1985 to 1988.
- Marco completed a Technology degree in Digital Systems Technology from Centro Universitário de Santo André from 1981 to 1984.
