Tatiane Silva is an experienced professional in CRM and digital marketing, currently serving as the CRM Lead at GEN | Grupo Editorial Nacional since February 2023, where Tatiane is developing a department aimed at optimizing audience engagement. Prior to this role, Tatiane was a Senior CRM Analyst at iFood, leading the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and collaborating on user acquisition strategies. Tatiane also contributed to the establishment of the product marketing team at Blu and played a key role in rebranding and CRM initiatives at Imaginedone.
